A financial evaluation decides whether you qualify for a fee waiver or an extended payment schedule. Assessments are by appointment only and take about 30 minutes. Bring one document from the list below; without it, full program fees apply.
- General Relief or General Assistance award letter
- A current General Relief check showing the monthly amount
- An award letter from the county welfare department or another agency showing the income your eligibility was based on
- Proof of income for the past two months
- Unemployment benefits for the past two months
- Last year’s income tax return (if someone claims you as a dependent, their return)
